Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, eggnog, almond milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mason jar; cover; and shake to combine. If your jar isn't big enough, mix together in a bowl before putting in mason jar.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  • Before eating, top with crushed pecans and peppermint candy, if you desire.
