Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly dust a round baking pan with cornmeal and flour.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic.
Stretch dough out to fit it on the prepared baking sheet (I like to roll it out on a lightly floured surface) and brush lightly with olive oil, making sure to brush all the way to the edges of dough.
Place on sliced mozzarella cheese and sprinkle gorgonzola over dough.
Layer on prosciutto and hot soppressata. Top with sliced red onion.
Bake pizza for 10-12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling and turning golden.
Sprinkle fresh basil all around and drizzle on hot honey.
