Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter room temperature
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 24 Mini Snickers Bars
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add butter and peanut butter and beat to combine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix in honey and milk until it’s well combined.
- Make a circle with about 1 tablespoon of dough. Put a mini Snickers in the center and shape the dough around the candy to make a ball.
- Put the cookies about an inch apart on a cookie sheet and bake for about 12-14 minutes, until cookies are just turning golden.
Notes
- If you can't find mini Snickers bars, cut regular size bars into 1-inch squares.
