Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz cooled espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum (can substitute with cornstarch, but use a little bit more)
  • 1 oz mocha sauce (store-bought or recipe below)
  • 1 oz white mocha sauce (store-bought or recipe below)
  • 1 ½ oz raspberry syrup (store-bought or recipe below)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Red sprinkles, for topping
  • Mini chocolate chips, for topping

Mocha Sauce

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup water
  • teaspoon salt

White Mocha Sauce

  • 4 oz white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fat free sweetened condensed milk (can use regular if you can't find fat-free)
  • ½ cup 2% milk (or dairy/nondairy alternative of your choice)

Raspberry Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Put milk, espresso, xanathan gum, mocha sauce, white mocha sauce, raspberry syrup, and ice in a blender. Process until smooth.
  • Pour red velvet Frappuccino into a glass. Top with whipped cream, red sprinkles, and mini chocolate chips.

Mocha Sauce

  •  Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and once boiling, lower heat to a simmer. Let simmer for about 15 minutes to thicken.
  • Pour the syrup into a heat-proof bowl or jar and place in fridge to cool completely. It should continue to thicken as it cools.

White Mocha Sauce

  • Put roughly chopped white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over medium-low heat until it's just coming to a simmer.
  • Pour milk mixture over white chocolate and let sit for a minute. Then, stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour sauce into a heat-proof jar or bowl and let cool. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

Raspberry Syrup

  • Put sugar, water, and raspberries in a medium-size saucepan and bring mixture to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, until mixture has thickened a bit.
  • Strain mixture into a bowl, being sure to press down on the berries to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Keep syrup in bowl or pour into a mason jar and place in fridge to cool completely before using. Syrup will continue to thicken as it cools.
