Ingredients

bagels
variety of choice (I like everything bagels)
4
tablespoon
cream cheese
flavor of choice (I like chive)

oz.
smoked salmon
1
medium
tomato
sliced
½
medium
cucumber
thinly sliced
¼
cup
sliced red onion
2
tablespoon
capers
1
tablespoon
sliced chives
½
lemon
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Slice and toast bagels to doneness of your perference.
Smear cream cheese on each bagel half.
Top bagels with smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onion, capers, and chives.
Drizzle lemon juice over salmon bagels and top with lemon zest if desired. Sprinkle sea salt over tops.
