Ingredients

  • 2 bagels variety of choice (I like everything bagels)
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese flavor of choice (I like chive)
  • 6 oz. smoked salmon
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • ½ medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon sliced chives
  • ½ lemon
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice and toast bagels to doneness of your perference.
  • Smear cream cheese on each bagel half.
  • Top bagels with smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onion, capers, and chives.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over salmon bagels and top with lemon zest if desired. Sprinkle sea salt over tops.
