Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly dust a round baking pan with cornmeal.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and minced garlic.
Stretch dough out to fit on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with the garlic olive oil, making sure to brush all the way to the edges of dough.
Sprinkle the chopped artichoke hearts over the garlic oil.
Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the artichokes, along with the red pepper flakes.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
