Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. gin
  • 1 ½ oz. freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice (from about 1 ½ Meyer lemons)
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar (or 1 ½ teaspoon simple syrup)
  • Soda water

Instructions

  • In a highball glass, mix together gin, Meyer lemon juice, and sugar or simple syrup.
  • Add ice and top off with soda water.
