Peeps Cocktail

No matter how you feel about the quintessential (and sometimes controversial) Easter candy, I think you'll be a fan of this Peeps cocktail! It's the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and strong, and is a festive Easter brunch drink or after dinner martini.

Ingredients

  • Sanding sugar, for glass rim
  • 2 oz marshmallow vodka (can substitute with vanilla vodka)
  • 1 oz white crème de cacao (can substitute with white chocolate liqueur or Irish cream)
  • 1 oz half-and-half (can substitute with heavy cream)
  • Peeps

Instructions

  • Put sanding sugar on a small plate. Brush rim of martini glass with simple syrup or water. Place glass upside down on the plate and twist to coat rim in sugar.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add marshmallow vodka, white crème de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake well to combine.
  • Strain martini into prepared glass. Garnish with a Peep!
