Twix Frappuccino {Starbucks Copycat}

This homemade Twix Frappuccino is a copycat version of the Starbucks secret menu item... It's filled with caramel and chocolate flavor and is the dream Frappuccino for any Twix lover!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz cooled espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum (can subsitute with cornstarch, but use a little bit more)
  • 1 ½ oz caramel syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 oz hazelnut syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3 tablespoon chocolate chips (I like to use mini)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon Caramel sauce, for drizzling in cup and topping (homemade or store-bought)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Mocha sauce, for topping (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  • Put milk, espresso, xanathan gum, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, and chocolate chips in a blender. Process until smooth.
  • Drizzle about 2 tablespoon caramel sauce all around the inside of a cup or glass.
  • Pour Twix Frappuccino into the cup. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and mocha sauce.
