This Iced Banana Bread Latte tastes just like a slice of homemade banana bread poured over iced espresso. It's an easy Starbucks copycat you can make at home with banana syrup and a sweet brown sugar cold foam.

Brown Sugar Cold Foam
Add cream, 2% milk and 2 tablespoon brown sugar syrup to a mason jar (or other airtight container) and shake vigorously. Or mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. This is your brown sugar cold cream. Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to turn it into cold foam right before using.
To turn into foam, you can either use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender with β cup cream at a time. Alternatively, you can shake the mixture vigorously in a mason jar until it's frothy.
