While I don't have quite as many pork recipes as I do chicken, beef, and fish (unless we're talking about bacon; then yes, I have A LOT of pork recipes!), but the ones I do have are really delicious.
In addition to all things bacon, I really enjoy a nicely done pork chop or pork cutlet and am always up for experimenting with baby back ribs. And I think ground pork can be a fabulous substitute for other meats in many recipes.
